1. signposts that indicate clearly what is the purpose of a sitting areas. For example: "we don't want you to accidentally board the wrong flight. Please look for..."

1. Make it easier for driver to find someone who's going to their direction - maybe on an app format. I could pay a premium depending on de demand

Introduce a rating system to the overall delivery experience - rate the F&B outlet, rate the delivery rider, etc....
