We read, understood the standards and tried to rate our school as per the same. The exercise also included setting goals for ourselves and thinking of the actions being taken in this regard.

During the morning session, the questions were mainly focussed around the teaching and learning happening in the class rooms and how we monitor the same (the topics being covered etc.) They wanted to know what evidences we had for the teaching practices followed in the classrooms. We were asked about about collaboration and reflection of not only students' but ours as well- How do we as teachers' reflect? How do we give feedback? Is it feedback always or sharing of good practices is done as well? While talking about reflections, goals came to the fore , progressive assessments were discussed, intra-class visits, intra-school collaboration between PYP, MYP and DP was emphasized upon. A suggestion was made where PYP teachers can be  called to assess TOK essays of DP.
