*Polar bears Have adapted greatly to its environment, Because scientists believe that a polar bear was just an ordinary bear until it got there and started adapting now when you look at a polar bear and a normal bear you can’t really believe that the polar bear has adapted from bears like brown bears, If you were to Make a brown bear go to the Artic or Antarctic they wouldn’t be able to survive since their Skin, food and clothing would not fit, Because brown bears to other meat eaters would be like seeing a white background and there is brown in it, They would be defenceless to other predators. Same as if you were to put a polar bear in a forest, where a bear would live, Polar bears can’t climb up high like A normal brown bear, That is why those bears are in different continents

The Arctic Ocean is one of the planet's most remote and formidable large ocean basins. Much of it is permanently covered by shifting sea ice. Half the year it is plunged into total darkness and it is buffeted by bitterly cold winds year-round. Despite this, life thrives in the far north, enduring some of the greatest extremes in light and temperature on the planet.

It also lives in the arctic .it has adapted to having long fur to keep it warm. It also has black fur to help it. It camouflaged so that predators or prey can’t see it.Adaptation is where animals adapt to their environment l this is so they can best suit their new homes. Maybe their food is different or their fur may change. At one point polar bears would look like a bear but as it lives in colder places then its fur would change and help it camouflage in the snow.

WHAT POLAR BEARS EAT.

polar bears eat things like meats. They have had many things that are meats. These include: fish, caribou, arctic foxes and maybe owls. They hunt for their food and they may eat humans. They would never go for humans but they will only go for humans if they need to for food.
