         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Cortar las alitas con la ayuda de un cuchillo filoso.</li><li>Limpiar bajo el chorro de agua y secar con papel absorbente de cocina.</li><li>Colocar en un bowl o plato grande y cubrir con la media taza de salsa buffalo. Mezclar para que todas las alitas queden bien cubiertas.</li><li>Dejar marinar durante 30 minutos en el refrigerador.</li><li>Prender la parrilla o el carbón.</li><li>Limpiar y engrasar muy bien la parrilla con cuidado.</li><li>Cuando esté a temperatura media (cuando puedes colocar la mano sobre el calor del asador y la puedes dejar 5-6 segundos sin quemarte) colocar las alitas y dejar cocinar unos 6-7 minutos por lado, volteando de vez en cuando para que las alitas no se vayan a quemar.</li><li>Para saber si están bien cocidas los jugos que salen de las alitas deben de color claro o transparente, si los jugos son rosas o rojos todavía les falta cocción.</li><li>Servir calientes con aderezo blue cheese, ranch o salsa buffalo extra. Acompáñalas con barritas de apio y zanahoria.</li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Cut the wings with the help of a sharp knife.</li><li>Clean under running water and dry with absorbent kitchen paper.</li><li>Place in a bowl or large plate and cover with the half cup of buffalo sauce. Mix so that all the wings are well covered.</li><li>Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.</li><li>Turn on the grill or charcoal.</li><li>Clean and grease the grill very carefully.</li><li>When it is at medium temperature (when you can place your hand on the heat of the grill and you can leave it 5-6 seconds without burning) place the wings and let cook about 6-7 minutes per side, flipping from time to time for the wings They will not burn.</li><li>You will know they are well cooked when&nbsp;the juices coming out of the wings must be clear or transparent in color, if the juices are pink or red they still lack cooking.</li><li>Serve hot with blue cheese dressing, ranch or extra buffalo sauce. Serve with celery and carrot sticks.</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>
