Transmit routines, continuous events that are repeated on a daily basis or with a certain frequency.<br><br>&nbsp;Example: I walk to my work.<br><br>4.&nbsp; Give instructions or directions.<br><br>&nbsp;Example: First, smash the potatoes and then pour some milk.<br><br>&nbsp;5. Mention events, commitments or appointments that will occur in the future at a certain time and day.<br><br>&nbsp;Example: Next Saturday is my wedding!<br><br>&nbsp;Tip: A common mistake is to believe that the present simple is used to talk about the actions or states that occur at the precise moment in which it is spoken.&nbsp; This is incorrect.&nbsp; For these situations, the present continuous is used.</div>]]></description>
