         <description><![CDATA[<p>Based on my understanding, the videos gives a lot of information and tips on how to start a conversation with the new people that you meet anywhere.</p><p>There a four tips that you can use to start with the new people that you meet. Firstly, to find an interesting point that connects you with them in that moment. Secondly, introduces yourself to make yourself known. Thirdly, engage yourself by asking relevant question related to the first step you made. Lastly, leave a good impression to the people you talked to give a friendly vibes to people by something simple like "nice to talk to you, i hope we get the opportunity to talk again, see you later!" </p><p>By implementing this tips, we are able to start a small talk with any  new people that we meet regardless of the place or situations.</p>]]></description>
