Forstyrrelser kan mindskes ved at give folk både ansvar OG beføjelser til at træffe beslutninger . Derudover at der afsættes tid til kommunikation og at man anerkender at dyrlæge/vsp arbejde er andet blot det der direkte er fakturerbart.
