how i took this photo:

i changed the shutter speed to 1/250 this is what got the photo to be all sharp i also changed the ios to 200 on all of my photos

how i took this photo:

i changed the shutter speed from 1/250 to 1/40 to get the car looking very sharp and the background blur and the ios still at 200
