I am Maud van der Meer, 23 years old and currently doing my final internship in Amsterdam. My internship is at the Student Hotel Amsterdam City. I started there in the end of September and I will stay here till the end of August. This makes that my internship will last for a total  of  11 months. I work here as the GM trainee and I work closely with the Assistant General Manager, who is an alumni of NHTV hotel management. The Student Hotel offers both student accommodation, short stay accommodation and hotel rooms. I really do enjoy working here as the concept and the way the hospitality service is shaped really matches my own personality. For the topic of my Bachelor thesis, I hope to get inspired in the upcoming weeks! Good luck to everyone, let’s do this!

One of my greatest passions is to create my own company, and I am currently discovering the possibilities to do this in the upcoming year. Therefore, I am planning to write my BT in the form of a Business Plan.
