Irene Astbury opened Pet Food Supplies Ltd in Macclesfield, Cheshire, with her late husband in 1981.

More than four decades later, she remains a familiar face on the shop floor and behind the counter.

Westwood C.P. are proud to have links with Buckley Town Football Club,  and this week the club has donated lots of fantastic sports equipment to our school for the children to use in P.E. 

However, the fun doesn't stop there!!!  
The Mold & Buckley Round Table, and 1st Bistre Scouts Group, have also teamed up with Buckley Town F.C., to bring some spooky fun to the community this Halloween.

They will be holding a free to enter party at The Globe –  home of Buckley Town Football Club – on Sunday 31st of October.

Donations will go to Nightingale House Hospice.

It is fantastic to see how the organisations and people in our Buckley community support one another.
