One platform for a digital portfolio. It is a google product and that's why I would choose this digital portfolio.

Google sites can be set up so that students create a different page for each of their classes. It could also be set up with a different site for each unit topic. Each student’s site can be private, shared with teachers or parents, or public on the web. It can be useful for documentation and storage, a workspace and place for reflection, and also a place for presentation and showcase.

Difference between digital and non-digital portfolios

Digital portfolios differ from traditional student work portfolios for many reasons. The first is because of the ability to share it with many people. Students can share their work with their teacher, peers, parents, and the public. Digital portfolios also gives students other platforms to create work. They can use other technologies to show their knowledge, and then place it on the google sites webpage. Digital portfolios capture modes of learning not possible with a non-digital portfolio.

Google has amazing apps that teachers can use.
GoogleDocs: A great place to share information and collaborate. Easy to use and functions just like Word. Teachers can see edits and what each student has contributed.
GoogleForms: Incredible ways to use GoogleForms. You can give your students quizzes or you can send home a survey for parents to tell you more about their child.
GoogleSheets: Just like excel and a great place for math students.
GoogleSlides: A presentation tool for students.
