GoogleDocs:  A great place to share information and collaborate.  Easy to use and functions just like Word.  Teachers can see edits and what each student has contributed.
GoogleForms: Incredible ways to use GoogleForms.  You can give your students quizzes or you can send home a survey for parents to tell you more about their child.
GoogleSheets: Just like excel and a great place for math students.
