One day I went to a saltwater lake with my family and took some videos of groups of crabs, which gave me the idea of making this video production. I saw a lot of crabs together, sparking hope, which happens among humans as well. I played the background music on the piano, and the song is Bach’s Prelude from the Well-Tempered Clavichord. The music reminds me of a calm, peaceful mood. I also narrated the movie.

Every child has the right to live just as every child has the right to education, non-discrimination and speech! Gun violence in the USA is rampant and recently we have seen shootings in schools. We need to protect our schools from gun violence and my poem directed as a stop motion film highlights how a normal happy student who could have lived a full happier life has to face uncertainty because of lack of protection laws! I am hopeful that US administration takes necessary action!

When we help each other, whether it's sharing a smile, helping friend in need, appreciation to local community, cleaning up local park or helping elder people, we make the world a better place. I am hopeful because I believe that if we all work together, we can create a more caring and understanding world where everyone is valued and respected.

Even if no one believes in you, you have to have hope in yourself that you can face all the obstacles and do the impossible. As shown in my video, even when no one is willing to trust you because of things like your age, race, gender, etc, you cannot afford to lose hope and you have to stay resilient. You need to be hopeful that, one day, you will succeed. Your hope in yourself is more important than what others think of you.
