Description Padlet is a virtual bulletin board. Participants can simultaneously submit posts of any content type, including text, documents, images, videos, audio, and links.
Support for PBL The use of Padlet assists students in keeping the focus on learning, a key component of PBL (Jain,2021), by managing their time to research materials provided by the teacher within the assigned task. Padlet can also serve as a presentation platform to demonstrate learning by creating a digital artifact.
Asynchronous Learning Padlet may be utilized for collaborative group projects since it eliminates the requirement for group members to meet face-to-face. Students may work on group assignments at their leisure while still viewing every modification or contribution made by group members as soon as they are made (Farber, 2018). Padlet also provides an asynchronous platform in which students can provide feedback on learning (UTM,n.d.).
PBL Activity Discover the effects and types of different weather conditions. Create or borrow a Padlet to provide the resources for students. Post reflections in a shared document, such as Google Docs, Padlet, or an online forum. After sharing and receiving feedback from peers and teachers, students can use a video weather forecast for one or more weather events.
ISTE Standards for Students: 1.6 Creative Communicator;1.7 Global Collaborator. Padlet can touch on numerous ISTE Standards depending on how it is used. By collaborating with others, students may use digital tools to widen their viewpoints and deepen their learning. Also, by using Padlet students can learn to use technology tools to communicate properly and creatively.

Description Flipgrid is a digital tool for teachers and students to collaborate and learn. Teachers can design "grids" similar to that of a message board, to allow video conversations. Teachers ask questions called "topics" and students post video replies.
Support for PBL Teachers may utilize Flipgrid to choose themes from the Discovery Library for students to use as a PBL focus. Flipgrid also offers a range of options for students to share their learning, participate in conversations, and trade ideas. PBL is an iterative process that necessitates reflection, guiding students to become more autonomous learners and generate more enthusiasm for learning (Pieratt, 2020). Students may receive timely and authentic feedback, which is essential for learning, as well as give peer feedback and strengthen their communication and collaboration skills (Dené Poth, 2020).
Asynchronous Virtual learning can be made easier with Flipgrd. Students can connect, have access to videos, and can create and comment on their videos at their own pace According to research, video-based talks can increase relationships between instructors and students and are preferred by students (Lowenthal & Moore, 2020). Group cohesiveness, a fundamental sign of social presence, has been proven to be enhanced by using online video discussions (Lowenthal & Moore, 2020).
PBL Activity Research, investigate, and react to a genuine, engaging, and challenging subject or situation. Students can then videotape themselves responding to the question and fixing the problem. Exchange grids with another school or with external collaborators in order to connect with and receive feedback from other teachers.
ISTE Standards Students are actively engaged while using Flipgrid, sharing their questions, comparisons, and connections (Harrington, 2019). This process can help develop student's skills as creative communicators, specifically practicing ISTE Standard 6 to communicate clearly and express themselves creatively for a variety of purposes using the platforms, tools, styles, formats, and digital media appropriate to their goals (Harrington, 2019).
