If it were me I would have to sit down, explain the situation thoroughly, because communication is key. And depending how bad the situation and depending on what they said on social media there may have to be other parties involved. Unnfortuantely until this happens (hopefully it won't) I wouldn't know what I'd do until I was in that particular situation.

Almost like a parental blocker.
