         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>A) Yes, I am like the girl in the picture.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Especially when I have school and when my tuitions starts really early about 8 or 9.30am, I would always throw a tantrum, shout loudly at 5.40am and even scold my auntie as it is too early. I always have not enough sleep because I have a lot of homework to complete and many tuitions to go too. At the same time, whenever I wake up, I always become lazy as it is too early. I think in order to wake the girl up for her Captain's ball competition she should ask her parents to wake her up, set the alarm clock louder or earlier to wake her up not to laze around so the sound can irritate her to wake up or she can sleep earlier in order to have enough rest. She should wake up earlier so that she would not always lay down when she is too sleepy as the competition is very important and she wrote on the note to wake up at 6 not to let her friends down as she could be the best in playing the game in her school.<br>B) If I would have a choice, I would like school to start at 9.30am n end at 3pm.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;I would like to do this timing as I could at least get more sleep than the usual school timing. I could get mabye more rest or even enough rest sometimes so I can pay attention better to the teacher during class and not to sleep in class. I recall a time that I didn't do tuition my homework on the weekend as I was doing my school homework and my and playing online games. It turns out that I had to stay up until 12am to finish my homework. I then prepare myself to sleep for the next day. As I lay on my bed to sleep, I could not even sleep as I was too stressed and thinking that I still have more homework to do. After what seems like hours, I finally went to sleep. The next day I had to go to school, I couldn't wake up for my school bus which arrives at 5.50am and I woke up at 5.40am to prepare myself. Out of the blue, my mother shouted that the bus was there from the first floor to the second floor. By the time I heard that, I gasped in horror and prepare as fast as I could. I recall another time that after school, I went back home, I did not start doing my school homework. However, I started playing games even though I was not allowed to play on a weekday. I had been secretly playing for hours because my parents were not at home. After playing for hours, I started to do my homework at 9pm. I then rushed my homework until 11.30pm. I realised that my parents had return home but I was still doing my homework. My mother then came in my room and question me why am I still awake. I kept quiet and said that I had a lot of homework. After a few minutes, I finally finished my homework and prepare myself to sleep. But as usual, I couldn't sleep and started to play online games and watch youtube secretly. Until the next day I could not wake up and started to shout and was late for my bus again. In conclusion, I need to have enough rest so I can wake up on time.<br>C) No, I don't have enough sleep most of the time but only for a holiday, I do have enough sleep most of the time.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Firstly, I have a lot of school homework&nbsp; and 5 tuition homework to complete.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Secondly, some of my tuitions ends late(not to late) on Monday, Tuesday and mabye Thursday. On Monday, I have science tuition which starts at 2.30pm until 6.30 pm and I will come back home at 7pm and shower and eat dinner until 8.30pm. On Tuesday, I have a tuition at 2.30pm until 5.20pm and by the time I come back home and prepare myself, I would have another tuition at 7.30pm until 10.30pm. While on Thursday, I have CCA and return home at 5pm.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Lastly, even though I can sleep early, I will be not able to sleep as I have difficulty sleeping.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Usually before I sleep on weekdays, I would do my homework and talk to my sister. But during the weekends, I would play online games and talk to my sister before I sleep. Sometimes, I would read story book and do my other homework.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; In a nutshell, I need to get enough sleep to have a better performance the next day.</em></strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;1) No, I wake up by hook or by crook. But I usually don't wake up by myself,                                                                                                           my aunty wakes me up. Moreover, I don't even have one alarm   clock like the girl in the picture. It seems like the girl in the picture put a note last night to remind the alarm clock to wake her up at 6am due to her captain's ball competition. However, it is apparent to tell that even though the alarm clock has rang incessantly, she did not wake up. Maybe she was practicing for the competition and came back home too late. If I was her, I would not train earlier so as to come back earlier and have a good rest. However, In had an experience about sleeping very late. Once I was playing with my neighbour, I promised to return home in two hours sharp. However, I was too kittenish and return home about twelve in the midnight. As a result, I slept lately. The next morning, I could not concentrate in my work and to my fatigue. I learnt a very important lesson not to be such a playful person. In a nutshell, I think I will never be like the girl who sleeps late and could not wake up.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;                              &nbsp; 2) In my personal thought, I will set the time for school to start at 9.00 and school and end at 12.45pm. Firstly, I sometimes need time to complete my homework. I may not&nbsp; have enough time to accomplish my work. I can finish them at 7.00am. In addition, I will have more time from those stress of the tuition. This includes: a biweekly 3 hour session and an hour and a half session including the afternoon higher Mother Tongue language lesson. These adds up seven and a half hours! that's more than the amount of time spent in school which is six hours! Finally, I wake up very early causing drowsiness and loss of focus occasionally. Hence, Adjusting the time, I think would be such a good idea as it really clears out the exhaustion in an hour or two. It is just basically killing two birds with one stone! I remember vividly once that in a day supplementary class day I woke up at 8.30 I was then extremely drowsy. After I eat my breakfast, I changed my clothes, which took almost forever. After then, I could even barely wear my shoes! By then, it was already 7.15am. I was almost late. I had to rush to school then. When I finally reached there at 7.28am, I was full of sweat. In summary, If I could adjust the time of lesson began and time of lesson end, It will be very great.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3)Yes, I do have sufficient sleep almost everyday. But in very rare occasions, I came back very late. most of the times is that from planes came back from other countries is about 12.00am or 2.00am. Another reason is that I played in my neighbour's house, according to what I said just now, There was once that I went to the United States Of America. It was indeed an unbearable journey of walking a lot. We had to travel to Beijing and transfer to the flight that goes to New York. After the winter vacation, I went back to Singapore and unexpectedly, it was midnight 3.00am. additionally, we haven't eaten dinner. So we had to eat at restaurant. By the time we reach home, it was already 4.00am. I had another time that my older brother and I played in my neighbour's house. Yes, we played in there for a nearly 4 hours. It was 1.00 in the midnight. I reached home at about 1.30am. I felt kind of remorseful that I played for such an unlimited time and burning the midnight oil<strong>.</strong> All in all, I feel that occasionally&nbsp; I do not have enough sleep everyday, but I most of the time have enough sleep and wake up early to reach school.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.No. I would not be like that girl as I usually wake up early but&nbsp; I do not wake up myself. I usually get woken up by the alarm clock as I can wake up early to get ready for school and not be late as I also need to take school bus to reach school but I wake up late I will miss the bus and get scolded by my mother as I did not get enough sleep so I would sleep early so I can wake up with energy to get ready for school. If I were that girl in that picture I would wake up early as I have a captain’s ball competition tomorrow and I would not want to miss it but the girl slept through her alarm clock and was late for the competition. Most of us would like to sleep in late but if there is school the next day better wake up early to prepare for it. In summary I think we should have a good habit of waking up early and not be late for the fun stuff prepare.<br><br>2. I would like school to start at 8 am as most of us can have our beauty sleep before getting up and getting ready for school and having enough energy to participate in the activities held in school. I would also like to change the time to 12:45 to change the time for school to end as it would be the best for students we have their tuition as they can have early timing to go tuition early and not get scolded by their tuition teacher . Students we don’t have tuition can have better time&nbsp; doing homework and handing it up early and teacher can have some time to mark. In my opinion, if it is possible to change we can have better time leaning.<br><br></div><ul><li>3. I do have enough sleep if I were to sleep early. During the school holidays, I usually sleep later than usually when during the school days but if it is not a holiday I would sleep early as I do not want to be late as I need to take a school bus I as live very far from school so my mom would ask me to sleep at 8 pm and I can wake up with a lot of energy. In a nutshell if we sleep early we can a habit of waking up early and not be late for school.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. No , i'm not like the girl in the picture. I tend to have a personal alarm clock in my body. I automatically wake up at around 5:30am to 6:00am to get ready for school. I do not require the help of a alarm clock nor do i rely on parents to wake me up. I'm happy that i am responsible enough to wake up without the help of anyone or anything. I remember a time when i slept at 2am and could not wake up at 6am to get ready for school, it was the first time that i could not wake myself up in time. So, instead of waking myself up , i needed the help of my mother's alarm clock. That experience makes me realise the importance of sleeping on time so you can wake up early and not be tired the next day. This contributes to the school value "live responsibility". In conclusion, no, i'm not like this girl that requires the help of an alarm clock to wake up and still sleeps through it.<br><br>2. I feel like the most reasonable timing for school to start and end is 8:30am to 2:30pm. It gives the students more time to prep themselves for school and more time to get a great breakfast and shower. If our school starts at 7:30am, meaning most students must wake up before 7am to prepare for school. It must be tiring for both the child and the parent as the parents also needs to wake up earlier to cook their kids breakfast and make them their lunch for snack time or recess time. In my opinion, if i had a choice to change the time where school start and end it&nbsp; would definitely be 8:30am-2:30pm.<br><br>3. No, as a person that procrastinates regularly i complete my homework at 1 or 12 midnight. That leads to lack of sleep which leads to lack of motivation to attend school, it also gives me more stress as i might not be able to complete my homework in time. Once , i had a ton of holiday homework to complete but i waited till the last minute to rush through each and every homework. It was truly a painful lesson but life changing too as i realised that i needed to create a schedule so i do not always have to procrastinate and rely on the schedule to complete my things. In a nutshell, no, i do not get enough sleep, but i do understand that i need to get the sleep i need to start off the next day with a good mood and a healthy mind ! </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<blockquote><strong>1 ) No, I am not like the girl in the picture. Although I do not have an alarm, I would get my auntie to wake me up in the morning so even if I try to pretend sleep, there is no way I can escape my auntie's constant morning nagging. Not only that but I can usually wake up before she tries to wake me up because during school holidays or weekends, I am forced to wake up early in the morning just because of tuition. Even if it is a habit to wake up early, there are many times where I just cannot fall asleep at night due to stress and other worries. Because of this, I tend to procrastinate in the morning at times saying, one more minute or few more seconds. No matter ho hard I try to procrastinate, I still wake up at 5.30a.m in the morning. Although these could make me angry in the morning, I belief that waking up without procrastinating is a good habit because in the future, we might need to wake up early for important events and so on.</strong><br><strong>Honestly, if I were the girl in the picture, I would have slept early and avoid sweets, snacks and meals after 8p.m. Sleeping early allows us to have more rest and avoiding consuming food items could possibly&nbsp; make us less energetic thus making us tired. Also, I once heard from someone I know that each organ has a timing to shine. At a specific timing, that organ would start growing and if we do not sleep, it would not grow.<br><br>2 ) In my opinion, I think that the current start and end school timing is already good enough. Reasons why is because if I would choose a later timing, school would end much later or if its too early, I would be more tired in the morning although the dismissal timing may be earlier. But if I were to step into one of my friend's shoes, I could tell that they would either want the start timing to be 8.30a.m--9a.m as they sleep very late and usually wakes up at around 6-6.30a.m in the morning. Although many people think they could complete their homework in the morning, there is a chance where they'll take advantage of the later timing and end up continue sleeping, needing to rush to school if the timing was to change. I remember there was one time where I had to attend an event with my brother. I had woken up at around 6a.m that day as the event started at 9a.m. I took a really long time on showering which was about 15minutes and I went down to eat breakfast after and took my own time to pack my bag and jog around the house . Soon, it was around 7.07 or 7.17a.m when I went to wake up my brother. What he did was that he continued to sleep and gave me his phone so that I would not bother him. After about 15 minutes, he went to take a shower that was around 45minutes. The venue was very far and by the time he was done, we were almost late. We even had to take a car instead of our original plan to take the train.&nbsp;<br><br>3) Yes I sleep early every night. My sleeping time is 9pm and I belief that this timing gives me enough sleep that allows me to wake up early. Although sometimes I&nbsp; might have activities that require me to sleep much later, I am happy that it does not happen very often but I do also hope I can maintain such habit which may be hard due to some addictions I have. Like nonstop snacking at about 8pm and being a social media zombie. I also have some very bad gaming addictions that I am not planning to get rid of.&nbsp; But still, I still have to wake up early the next morning. Sleeping late also makes me regret a lot the next morning. No way I would want to be a zombie or a panda in the morning!<br><br>&nbsp;But about this one day when one of my events ended at 10pm and when we reached my father's car, I was craving for Macdonald's so we decided to go there for an award as my brother and I gave speeches on stage that day. Although it was late at night and my mother had banned us from going there, she reluctantly said yes and we joyfully went to Macdonald's. After getting our stomachs bloated, we had realised it was 12a.m already! Too bad, we had to sleep at 12.30a.m that day. Every action has a consequence.&nbsp;<br><br>In conclusion, I would prefer having good sleep to being grumpy in the morning!</strong></blockquote><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>No i am not like the girl in the picture as my body clock is set to wake up at 6.45am except for the rare occasion that i did not get enough sleep or did not sleep well my father would get me up by shaking me to remind me that if I don’t go to school then i will receive extra homework which will and up looking to me like mount everest which is very tiresome to finish doing..</li><li>In my opinion school should start at 9.00am and end at 1.30pm because if school starts at 9.00am it is highly likely that all the students are not tired and can be more productive than if they were tired and if school ends at 1.30pm then the students would not get so tired after school to do finish their homework. If there is a&nbsp; time I do no wake up before the alarm rings, I will usually get woken up as soon as the alarm rings. I would also set up back up alarms in case I don't wake up at that timing so that I am sure that I will be able to get ready without having to rush and still have some time leftover. Thus making sure I get up early enough to be punctual. In the picture, the girl had pasted a reminder on her wall to remind herself to get up early the next day. She even set an alarm to wake her up.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;(b) If i ever had a chance to choose, I would start school at 8 a.m. so that other people will be given more time to get rest or would not rush. I would then choose school to end at 2 p.m. as it would be a reasonable time to end. Yes. I remember a time when I had woken up late as the night before, I had slept later than usual. When i woke up, it was around the time I would have left for school. I had rushed to get ready within 5 minutes. Though I had gotten ready just in time, the bus I would normally take came to the bus stop a few minutes behind schedule. Taking 10 minutes to reach school, I was late by a few minutes.<br><br>(c) No. I have a habit of sleeping after midnight. I also have troubles sleeping at any time before midnight. I would have to be awake for 12 hours or more to be able to sleep. If I had any pending work that I had last minute remembered, I would have made some coffee and do the work while drinking. Even with caffeine in my body, there will be times I can sleep but it would normally let me only sleep few hours before midnight. There are times that I have been stressing over school and would not sleep for more than 4 hours due to the fact that I had been overthinking about it. One thing I do before I sleep is use my phone or laptop for at least 2 hours to calm myself and have no troubles when I sleep. There will be times though when I had went out for a trip or hangout with my friend and I would only get ready to sleep and doze off after a few minutes.</div>]]></description>

Usually when I stay at home, I would usually sleep early and wake up early.But even if when I sleep late, I am a light sleeper so when the alarm clock rings, I would still wake up even though I sleep late.<br>She has set a alarm clock. I think that setting a alarm clock might be useful but sometimes may not. In my opinion, I think that heavy sleepers should not use alarm clocks. As most of them might not wake up anyway. On the other hand, light sleepers, when they set alarm clocks, they can wake up! So I think that they should definitely set alarm clocks. In a nutshell, I think it does not matter if you set a alarm clock or not, I think the best is that the ones who can’t wake up easily should sleep early and try to get something that works for them to wake up.<br><br>B) I honestly think that if school starts at 9 and ends at 3, it would be reasonable. I think that everyone is usually on time in school and will not be late but, they might not be attentive in school so it’s probably pointless to even come to school when you are not even paying attention. In my opinion, I would be really happy if they made school to start at 9 because I usually wake up at nine.<br>No, I usually take school busses. So usually I arrive at 6 30 in the morning. But I do remember a friend that always came home late. After she got demerit points though, she changed and came earlier to school. In a nutshell I think we need to wake up even though we do not feel like doing so.<br><br>C) Yes I do, every night. My parents will remind me to wake up or my maids. I usually try my best to sleep early but sometimes I might have tuition and I might have to study until 10. I think that even though that sleeping early is good, I think it’s best if we do not over sleep. But sometimes I depend on my mother to wake me up as I sleep late sometimes. Since my sister sets a lot of alarm in her phone, it also helps me to be awake earlier. And in the picture, it seems like the girl has a poster about being on a competition of captains ball. In my opinion, I think that she could have set her alarm earlier or maybe set her alarm three times at least to be awake.&nbsp;<br>B) I would choose for school to start at 8am and end at 2pm as I think it is better as students can have more time to prepare themselves and eat their breakfast. At school, I would always hear students not having their breakfast when Teachers ask them. There was one time when I was late to school. I leave quite further from school than most people at my school. But, I’m not always late. I was almost late instead in a few minutes. I feel grateful for the time my school sets the time to report to school as I won’t be rushy to school.&nbsp;<br>C)I don’t really have enough time to sleep that much. I only have 7 hours to sleep. I would always sleep at 10 pm and wake up at around 5 am as I would spend time with my family at night and relax my mind before I sleep. I would sometimes feel cranky when I wake up as I was too sleepy and needed more time to sleep. In my opinion, Sleeping early is important as the next day u might have a long&nbsp;or rough day. In a nutshell, I think that having a longer time to sleep for maybe about 8 to 9 hours would be suitable for kids as they have school.</div>]]></description>

Hilda's primary school..well in fact many times.<br>2] I would like school to begin at 6.45 am all the way to 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm, extra study as it is very energetic as I love studying and stressing myself and putting in alots of effort in education mainly as it really helps in my future. I am always on task to study and enjoy revising. in fact, nearly every day I burn the midnight oil studying as this year is very stressful and I need to give my best shot. nowadays, I am not allowed to go anywhere outing with cousins even though I stay in my moms cousin house as all my 4 cousins are 8,9to 10 years old. they get to go with my uncle .they go to arcade, and all sots of fun places except me as my parents and my moms cousin never let me go sometimes. i do not know why are they being unfair but in a way it helps me improve my habits.<br>&nbsp;<br>3] somedays I do have enough sleep but somedays i do not have enough sleep as i study and revise or finish work.But in a nutshell, it is in important to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy life.</div>]]></description>

This time period is also good as some students live far from our school.Students will be given the opportunity to be early to school and not late.I would probaly want school to end at 1:25 latest and 1:20 earliest as i always have wanted school to end early.Everytime i stare at the wall clock in my classroom i feel like i've been studying the same thing for hours.This also leads me to being bored stiff and not paying attention to the teacher.In my opinion,school starting later allows students to have more time to rest before school or more time to pack up before school.This also allows children to learn to be more responsible.In summary,it is still important to come to school on time and not late as that shows that you have no sense of responsibility or puncuality at all.<br><br>c)yes,i indeed have a sufficient amount of sleep every night.I usally sleep at 9:00pm or latest 9:30pm and wake up at 5.55am.I find it important to have enough time to sleep as sleeping allows your body and eyes to rest after a long day of school.Sleeping also allows to replenish more energy for the next day.During the school holidays or the weekends i will sleep very late as it is the only time i get to sleep late.I once recall a time when i slept at 4:00 am in the morning and woke up at 7:00 in the morning and once i did not even sleep the whole night and still managed to have enough energy the next day.These two examples i jave just shared are not a good example as it is not healthy.In my opinion ,it is important to have enough sleep as the lesser your amount of sleep is the lesser energy you have and the more sleep you have,the more energy you have.It is important to sleep early as to not feel sleepy the next day.In summary,having enough time to sleep is important as it keeps you healthy and awake.</div>]]></description>

I'm most likely a light sleeper since I don't sleep very early some times the time I have to wake up is already fixed I just have to wake up and prepare for school. There are times when my parents want to bring me and my brother and sister out on weekends or public holidays and I over sleep since I normally sleep longer on weekends or public holidays I get forced to wake up to prepare I will wake up but I'm to lazy to get out of bed.<br>b)I would want school to start at 9.00 am in the morning and end at 1.00pm in the afternoon. I want school to start at 9.00am because I think some students might need more time to prepare for school they can wake up around 6.00-7.00am to start preparing. After school ends students can go back home and take a quick shower and take about a hour to eat and after that they can start doing their home work if they don't have tuition. There was once I was primary 1 or 2 I was not late for school but I had a bad tummy ache and had to use the toilet very badly and when I arrived at the canteen late and the teacher thought I was&nbsp; late and was going to call my parents to ask me to wake up earlier but the teacher found out I went to toilet and I was never "late" or counted let ever again.<br>c)I normally get around 7-8 hour of sleep or less sometimes I don't get any sleep at all but that is very rare. I tend to wake up but I don't want to get out of bed but I get out of bed lazly  but I really can't fall asleep so easily all the time . I would only fall asleep faster sometimes when I didn't get enough sleep the previous night .          <title>I am like the girl in the picture as i am a very heavy sleeper. I feel that being a heavy sleeper is bad as it could cause you to miss certain important events or being late to school or work. However, being a heavy sleeper has its pros like having deeper sleep which is good for our health. I remember a time when I had missed was late for school because i could not wake up, i could rwmember my mother screaming at me loudly as i struggled to roll out of bed. When i saw the time, I immediately jumped out of bed as i raced to the toilet to have a quick rinse before forcing my head through the collar of my school uniform as i gulped down my breakfast. When I arrived at school, I was already 10 minutes late. When my teacher saw me she was raging mad as she asked me why i was late. When u told her my reason,  she told me to sleep earlier. Since then, I always make sure to sleep early so that it will not happen again.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>B<br><br>If I could decide when school starts and ends I would say 8 am to 1 pm as school starting at 8 am is reasonable as students will have more time. School ending at 1pm is reasonable as 5&nbsp; hours of school is like 5 centuries thus i feel that school hours should be shortened.&nbsp;<br><br>C<br><br>I ussually do not have enough sleep at night as i ussually take afternoon naps due to the strenuouss activities done in school i also do mot get enough sleep at night due to the insane workloads from teachers. I remember i time when i had too much homework and burnt the midnight oil. Seeing me look so tired my other advised me to come up with a daily schedule since then i have kept to the same schedule.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>a) Yes, I am like the girl in the picture as am a heavy sleeper. I need my parents to wake me up everyday for school. i also see that she set an alarm clock to buzz at 6am in the morning. I once remember a time when I overslept during a school day as my alarm clock was not working so, I woke up about one hour later than my usual time which is around 6am. Once I woke up seeing the sky was already bright, alerting me that I was late, I quickly rushed to the main clock of my home and noticed it was already 7am. Me and my parents thought that there would not be enough time to get ready for school so they decided that me and brother, who was sick, didn't need to go to school.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;B) I would like school to start at 9am and end at 1.25pm. Firstly, I would think that school should start later in the morning as some students could have more time getting ready, have a good breakfast and even complete any remaining questions from their homework. I once remember a time when I was primary 3 or 4 when I really had a very bad tummy ache so i had to arrive at school very late, so my teacher thought I was going to be absent from school but I rushed into the classroom when my teacher called my name during attendance check. After that, I got a long talk with my teacher to remind me not to be late again but, the next day I was late again.<br>C) Yes, I definitely think that I have enough sleep, but sometimes I would think that I have too much sleep as at that time, I did not know the average amount of sleep time for my age but sometimes I do sleep very late. I once recall a time when I stayed up until 4 to 5am to watch a live football match with my cousins. We stayed up all night watching the game but we did not know that the next day was a Monday.&nbsp;Once me and my cousins noticed that it was Monday the next day so, we rushed to the stadium's exit but remembered that Monday was a school holiday.          <description><![CDATA[<div>yes i am like the girl in the picture as i have to depend on my father to wake me upon time so i am not late too school. i am quilt a heavy sleeper so i have two alarms to wake me up. one form my phone and one my dad. sometimes, my dad wakes up at like 5&nbsp; minutes before school start to wake me up. so instantly&nbsp; i feel tired and then am late too school. normally would remand him of my Schule so i dont get late but he forgets.          <description><![CDATA[<div>a)No I’m not like the girl in the picture as I usually wake up early than some of my family members first. But sometimes I depend on my parents to wake me up as I sleep late sometimes or either I was too tired and overslept. Since my mother&nbsp; sets a lot of alarm in her phone, it also helps me to be awake earlier even though she is in her room but surprisingly it is very loud that sometimes i woke up by the alarm in her phone. In the picture, it seems like the girl has a poster about being on a competition of captains ball. In my opinion, I think it is good&nbsp; that she could have set her alarm earlier or maybe set her alarm around different times at least to be awake.&nbsp; In summary, I think it is important to sleep early and set a schedule so that you can be on time.&nbsp;<br><br><br>b)B) I would choose for school to start at 10am and end at 4pm as I think it is better as students can have more time to prepare themselves and do their own things. At school, I would always see students not laying their head on the table or even sleeping in between lessons when teachers are teaching. There was one time when I was late to school. I leave quite near school and the journey to school for me would take around 15 to 20 minutes when walking. As i'm used to walking to school,&nbsp; I don't like using public transport even if i'm late. So that day I still insisted on walking to school and just entering onto the class like nothing happened and acted casual but my heart was palpitating so fats it almost wanted to burst out of my chest. So from that day onwards, i stopped coming to school right after the school bell rings and tries to enter school or class before singing the national anthem. In my opinion, I think that i can learn that if you don not want to be looked and judged by at by people for being late, the best thing to do is to not come late.<br><br><br><br>c) No. I have a habit of sleeping after midnight. I also have troubles sleeping at any time before midnight. I would have to be awake for 11 hours or more to be able to sleep. If I had any  homework that I had  remembered last minute, I would quickly rush through my homework before  my parents notices. Even with my sleepiness, i would be willing to stay up after midnight to complete my work in order to get good compliments from my teachers or not getting scolded from my teachers . There are times that I have been stressing over school and would not sleep for more than 4 hours due to the fact that I had been overthinking about it. One thing I do before I sleep is use my phone or laptop for at least 2 hours to calm myself and have no troubles when I sleep. In my opinion, I think it is not good to stay up after midnight because this could cause drowsiness and forgetfulness. This could affect your health too and is very dangerous. In summary, in order to remember homeworks last minute, we could write the list of homeworks that we have for that day and make a time table.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>no i am not like the girl in the picture as i can wake up by myself without alarm clock or alarm on my phone , but sometimes i do need to be waken up by my helper if i do oversleep on school days. i think my body already has an automatic alarm clock, even on weekends i sometimes wake up very early as 7 am in the morning.&nbsp; In the picture , i have noticed that that beside her bed ,she has a wooden-board for her to place pictures , timetables and her important notes. she seems like a very organised little girl.<br>if i could change the timing of school, i would like school to start at 8 30 to about 2 or 3 pm as most students complain about them not having enough sleep. i recall/remember a time when i was late for school , i was in primary 1 and ,&nbsp; my helper mistakenly set her alarm to 7 15 am instead of 5 15 am , i was still young and could not wake up automatically , at about 7 am , i had woken up and i noticed that the sun had risen up and i went to look outside of my room and i walked downstairs to find out that the house was pitch black. I went into the kitchen which was near my helper's room and shook her and told her it was 7 am already , she literally jumped out of her bed and proceeded to make me a very light breakfast so i could eat in my grandmother's car before arriving at school! i did not know it was a bad moment and i even enjoyed sitting in my grandmother's car eating my breakfast happily and skipping at the gate where i arrived and i was actually late by 10 minutes so i had to wait behind the canteen&nbsp; until everybody was done with devotion and i was also brought to a room where all the late children were brought to- and we had a 1 hour talk about something that i do not remember. :D!&nbsp;<br><br>yes, i do have enough sleep every night. i try to sleep before 9.30 but i actually only fall asleep at around 10-10 15 , it is reccommended to have at least 8 hours of sleep for a 12-year old like me and i usually wake up at 5 30 to 5 40. so, i have sufficent eight hours of sleep! one thing that i do before i sleep is prepare all the neccessary things needed for the next day on weekdays and do some chinese reading with my mother.<br>. . . &lt;&gt;. . . &lt;&gt; . . . &lt;&gt;. . . </div>]]></description>
