Trina - I've seen you hustling and working you tail off the last several years, and so much of the success of NBPMS in it's founding 4 years has been tightly tied to YOU. You helped build a fully scaled school from the ground up. You put in thought and time to create a unique, caring, hardworking community - those are not things many folks can say they've done and so no matter what the future holds, hold on to that accomplishment. I am grateful to have been learning and working with you, and hope it continues! - Caitlin

Pete - can't describe how lucky I feel to have our paths cross, and to be working and learning alongside you. I feel INSPIRED by the way in which you've persisted in education even as you build and prioritize your family, and the way in which you know and partner with NBPMS families SO well -- the Marvin skateboard work being just one example :)

THANK YOU THANK YOU! - Caitlin

Wow... where do I start? I feel stronger as an educator, leader, and TSS director because of the way in which I've been able to get a window into your leadership, and the ways in which you've pushed me to be better. You founded a school from the ground up. You built incredible relationships with kids, families and staff. You led through historical times that no educator or principal has ever faced, and you did it all with grace and the same high bar you always have.... NBPMS would not be the special place it is without you. Your mark is all over this school and the leaders who will continue on with this work! THANK YOU! - Caitlin

It is a true joy getting to do this work alongside you. See you soon!
- Robert

I remember when I heard you were going to be stepping in to support the math team in Amany's absence, and you telling me you didn't have much of a math background but were excited to learn. I'm not sure exactly what I was expecting, but I have definitely been impressed with the energy you have brought to your own learning and the level of intentionality you have brought to our cohort time. You have asked the questions a lot of people were thinking about, have jumped in without hesitation, and have generally pushed our group forward. It has been a pleasure, and I hope our paths cross again soon.
- Robert

As I reflect back on last year, I want to express gratitude to you and all the work you do for your science community 😊. You provided and continue to provide a lot of selfless help and guidance. Although the year has been difficult, it was full of heartwarming moments: and bright spots across your school. It is during difficult times where we know what leaders are made of; you remained an example of positivity, clear long-term thinking, and rational action, throughout the ups and downs. I am very lucky to have you on my team and I look forward to finishing a strong year with you at the helm. - Khush
