To be able to have a restaurant, first I need a good meal, and for this reason I want to study gastronomy, being the first thing I must fulfill, to achieve this goal, then I must work for a couple of years, in some restaurant, to gain experience, and money.

To begin with, I would never be in my comfort zone, I would always be looking for new recipes for the restaurant, so that I have diverse food.

Another thing I would do after opening the first restaurant is to have plans to open the second, in another part of the country.

And after opening the restaurant, it is to invite to eat the people who have supported, in what I want to be, a renowned chef
