In this scene, Shoshanna (a secret Jewish escapee living in Paris) rejects Frederick Zoller (a German sniper and "war hero"). Previously S and Z have met already. 
In terms of plot, this scene is when we get introduced to the third act of the story: the cinema, where all the characters converge. S, learning of this, plans to kill Hitler when he comes to her cinema to watch Z's film.
The scene itself, though, reveals character and makes extremely effective use of subtext. S is rebuffing Z's romantic overtures when she finds out that Z is a war hero. Z takes this as a point of pride, he thinks she is impressed by him sniping 68 people. S is disgusted by his actions, and the fact that he is proud of them. This scene perfectly reveals character biases.
Regarding subtext, this scene shows the relations between the French and the invading Nazi army. The Germans think of themselves as war heros and conquerors, the French think of them as invaders coming to rape their country. 
"If you want a French girlfriend, I suggest Vichy": this references the Vichy gvt. handing over control of France to the Nazis.

When the interviewers ask the reason why, Judy answer because of their dna. This shows that she's still aware of the predator (carnivore), which make Nick (the fox) triggered since he's also a predator. He upset with her thoughts since she ask him to becomr her partner in the first scene but next thing she does is the opposite what Nick want. The scene shows the complex between the carnivore and the herbivore, that leads to a subtle message is racism. 
  We could see Judy is a cautios bunny but always have negative thoughts. In the next scene, Robbie seems to be nervous to meet his love when he was walking nervously as if he avoided meeting her face-to-face. Also, we could see an invisible fence between them that was built by Robbie's inferiority complex. He thinks he doesn't deserve her as long as he is still falsely acused as a rapist. 
On the other hand, Cee's character developed from a spiritless adolescent who flops and mopes and smokes around the house like some sort of morbid people until she is head over heels in love with him. Indeed, Cecilia becomes a nurse because it was actually Robbie's dream; she want to represent Robbie to fulfill his whole life dream.  That's explained for Robbie's dialouge - "you don't own me". Unlike Robbie, Cee attempts to break the ice between them, her line "come back, come back to me" implies that she is always stands by him.

In this scene, Jo March shows a subtle message about feminism. Jo is so sick and tired of the society. She's left searching for meaning in a world that demeans and devalues woman, while the fact is she wants to find a partner. Jo is an unusual character who is very different from her sisters. She has a rebellious personality, anger and outspoken way. From her angry words, we can see that Jo enrages an entire society. A society where woman has no rights, no education, no position and no sympathy. In this battle Rengoku battle one of the strongest demon is Akaza. He was injured badly after that and died. But when Akaza escape from the sun, Tanjiro(The guy who threw the sword) scream out that Akaza is a coward and Rengoku is the winner because he fought all his best. There is a scene after this but it didn't include which Tanjiro said that the human fight in the night and it's a big advantage for the demon but when the sun rise, the demon run away. Tanjiro cried alot after that because he wanted Rengoku to live. The ending is when Rengoku is dying, I saw his mom from heaven and slowly pass away. This scene is very sad and Tanjiro's words touched my heart, I almost cried while watching this scene. I can see that Harry is quiet and gentle, while Ron is an energetic boy, Hermione is smart. After saving Evey, the other MC, from being rape by corrupt cops, V, the MC gave this speech. The speech give us a bit inside to V background, he said the he's just a unfortunate soul who indirectly end up as the victim and villain by the corrupt society. He state that's he and the mask embody the voice of the unfortunates that have being tramp over. With his tone rise as he listed the crime and criminal, obvious anger and frustration. His tone then shifted to a low, normal voice as he resolve himself to fight it, both for personal revenge and for the people. After that, he switch to a more cheer tone that release tension.
