    Perceptions--use surveys to get information of what different stakeholders feel the school is doing well or not doing well in educating the students. Other forums such as parent teacher conferences, PTO's , board meetings, etc. can also provide the information.
    School Process-- assess which processes are working well and which are not. Make changes as appropriate.
