         <description><![CDATA[<div>Student Learning--By analysis of multiple assessments data, we can determine students achievement and growth.<br><br>Demographics--attendance, access to internet, if student can get to bus stop during inclement weather, etc. can help us understand if there are obstacles to student learning that we may assist the students with.<br><br>Perceptions--use surveys to get information of what different stakeholders feel the school is doing well or not doing well in educating the students. Other forums such as parent teacher conferences, PTO's , board meetings, etc. can also provide the information.<br>School Process-- assess which processes are working well and which are not.  Make changes as appropriate. &nbsp;<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
