Tornadoes are categories into 6 groups based on just destruction. Is this because tornadoes cause more damage then hurricanes that they require another category or is there another reason? <br><br>2. Can tornadoes be created using a different method warm and cold air meeting, the creation of a vortex, and descention from a storm cloud. <br><br></div>]]></description>
