         <description><![CDATA[<div>I changed the camera to be Shutter Priority by rotating the circular object on the top of the camera on the right hand side so the white "arrow" is pointing at the "S." Obviously the "S" stands for the Shutter Priority of the camera. When the shutter speed is big, like 1/3, the image is the most blurry when motion is happening. But when&nbsp;the shutter speed is small. like 1/250, the image is the most clear and light, unlike 1/800 when the light contrast is darker. Shutter speed matters when there is motion or no motion at all so the motion can be seen in the photo. When there is motion, the shutter speed should be small but when the subject is still the shutter speed should be small.</div>]]></description>

At first I thought the dust was water until I viewed it closely and saw that it was dust instead.</div>]]></description>
