There are good and bad effects of Digital Media on Adolescents.We have been using digital Media and will continue to use it in the future.During the last covid 19, we were teaching remotely and were able to reach out to most of our students and we were not sure to come back into a normal situation like we are in today. In this fast growing world we must use digital Media to communicate and interact between colleagues, reseachers, developpers and all others professionals who need to reach out to each others without the need to move around.
 On the other side we need to control and monitor the use of internet on Adolescents which is the most vulnerable group.

2) Improving Parent Relationships:
Parents have important roles to play in their children's education.. Base on observation  95% of the performing students have their parents involved in their education. And those who are poorly performing have their parents absent or unreachable during the school year. We should create workshops that train, educate and convince parents to get involved into their children 's education; at least making sure that their chikldren have a good attendance and good grades.
