feedback from level 2 and 3 is up indicating increased satisfaction.
 4 students taster day at uni gained places, 1 student progressing onto HE at COWC- this needs to be built on for next year.
Additional courses have been put in place to capture/keep lower level learners.

2. Work experience need to be developed, Health and safety checks need to be carried out quicker (currently 6 weeks).
More development for the skills show.
Induction/interview process with the correct tutor to ensure learner is placed on the correct level.
Explore ways to manage group size to ensure learners are fully inspired
