         <description><![CDATA[<div>The rate at which cellular respiration occurs does depend on the temperature of the water. I know this because in the experiment, the warmer water inflated the balloon more, while the colder one doesn't inflate it at all. This proves the claim right because the colder one had no reaction at all, while the warmer one did, since the only thing that changed between those two tests was the temperature of the water, then it was the reason why the balloon inflated/did not inflate.</div>]]></description>
