Currency Lazada is dong business according to the B2B model. This is the type of model where Lazada will be an intermediary to help sellers and buyers buy and sell goods online with each other through the application provided by Lazada.

In this model, Lazada will not control the quality of the goods as well as the buyer and seller. In case of problems related to complaints or disputes between the two parties, Lazada will stand up to take action solve those problems.

A shipping stamp is a label affixed to a package that shows shipping information including:

Vendor and customer information

Bill of lading code, order code, and package code are expressed as characters and barcodes

Package information: Product name, COD, and some other information.

From here, the order will have to be processed manually and from there the following problems will arise that affect you:

It takes more time to process orders, which affects the order journey

Causing difficulty in the delivery process

Increased shipping costs

All of this will lead to reduced order throughput and increased return rates

Affects customers' shopping experiences

- After the order has been packaged and approved on Seller Center. Lazada has 2 delivery methods:

+ LEX DO (Delivery) means the seller brings the package to the Lazada warehouse or DOP convenient shipping point. Vendors located outside the city. HCM or Hanoi.

+ LEX DS (Pick up) means the shipping unit goes to the seller's designated location to pick up the package. Vendors in the city area. HCM or Hanoi.

- With the procedures for taking orders completed, Lazada coordinates with shipping units such as: VN Post; DHL; Ninja Van; GHN; Ship 60, 24h express delivery, Lazada Express,... to deliver goods to the customer's address.

Lazada checks its shipping information when delivering to the distribution warehouse through the following steps:

1. Check quantity and order status

   
   

   When the order is delivered to the distribution warehouse, warehouse staff will check the quantity of goods in the order and the status of the goods (packaged, unpackaged, damaged,...). If there are errors, warehouse staff will contact the seller to resolve.

   
   

1. Open the Lazada app and log in to your account. Select Account  ⇒  Go to My Orders ⇒ View All Orders.

At the My Orders view, you navigate to the order you want to check. You can search  at the All Tab  or at each of the following Tabs:

• Waiting for payment: A place where orders with errors when paying by prepaid method.

• Waiting for shipping: Contains orders that have been received, packaged and waiting to be handed over to the shipping unit.

• Waiting for delivery: Contains orders that have been handed over to the shipping company and are on their way to you.

• Waiting for review: Contains orders that have been successfully delivered but have not been reviewed by you.

If you have too many orders, type the product name into the search bar using the product name to help you see orders faster.

1. Request to return goods

•   Returned products must include the Return Registration Form and Lazada's VAT Invoice (if any).

• The product is sent with full accessories (including instructions for use, warranty card, product box...) and accompanying gifts (if any).

• The product is still within the validity period for exchange/return (7 days or 30 days from the date of receipt - depending on the applicable policy). The period of 7 days or 30 days is calculated from the date of receipt until the date of receipt. You send the item as recorded on the postal delivery note.

• The reason for returning the goods must be valid and meet the return acceptance conditions.

• If the reason for return is broken or missing goods: please take a photo of the product and notify Lazada within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

The product is not on the list of the manufacturer/seller's own policies

Reason for return: Return and exchange according to customer needs (return goods because you are not satisfied)

-> Refund method: Electronic currency code ( used similarly to discount code, not convertible to cash, no change refunded and valid for 01 (one) year from date of issue.)

Reason for return: Returns are not due to subjective reasons from the customer

-> Refund method:

• Cryptocurrency code (for purchasing new products)

• Exchange for a new product of the same type

• Transfer via bank according to the information you provide

• Cash refund directly at Lazada Returns Offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi

P/s: Particularly for orders paid via international credit card, Lazada will apply a refund to the subject's payment account.
