No. Different people have different capacities for adjusting to global climate change. For example, if we live in the Iron Triangle, we have fewer trees and greenery that absorb light so more intense radiation from the sun will warm areas with more cement that absorbs the sun and converts it to heat with greater temperature changes than areas that have more greenery.

If people live closer to a big source of pollution (like the Chevron refinery), they are more likely to be exposed to pollution in the air. This can cause asthma and other health problems.
