This ceremony has shaped me because I found a relationship with God through all the classes that I went to. I grew closer to God through my Confirmation and feel like I also grew closer to myself and found the direction that I want my life to go in. I loved the community when I visited the school and it is one of the reasons why I chose to come to school at FSHA. Throughout my 4 years at FSHA, I have found the same support and love that I saw when I toured FSHA when I was in 8th grade. This was the start of my journey as a Catholic. While this was my parents' decision to have me baptized, I am glad I was and if I had had the decision I would've agreed to be baptized. This quote relates to my social location because believing that God is real is sometimes hard and we don't understand why He lets bad things happen to us. This quote speaks to my social location because when God puts bad things into my life, I have doubts. Whether people believe in God or not, I personally believe that He works miracles and puts things into people's lives for a reason. Whether or not people know or understand why, He knows that you are strong enough to handle the situation and has an outcome for the situation.
