It can be from a workplace or even a candy bar. A man and a woman can be doing the exact same thing and still a women will get less. But this is what we need to see because as this may be a video they acted out, this really does happen everyday in our lives. We may not see it but  I know there are women who have felt how unfair it is. They are women who work so hard to get where they are at they should at least be able to earn what they deserve. For them to change their names and experience each other’s lives was eye opening. The woman had such a great week because she was using his name. On the other hand he had a horrible week but an experience. I chose to share this because it shows even a man using a women name was able to see the inequality of it all. But the best part was the fact that she shared it with everyone. The reason I shared it is because I hope everyone reads it and understand that Equal Pay matters. We are in 2020 now and men and women should have equal pay. If something is going to work so hard for something they should earn 100% credit for it. Regardless of what gender they are. This goes for everyone. This was the perfect one to share because they have a lot of good information to learn about the bias in the workplace.
