Each camera and lens has an own set of strengths, and Jon successfully combines them. He is familiar with cutting-edge technology, such as LED volumes and light field cinematography, and has experience working with cameras from Arri, Red, Panavision, Sony, Panasonic, and Canon. He has more than 100 lenses in his collection, some of which are more than a century old. Because of his extensive knowledge of filming techniques and cinematic history, Jon has developed a distinctive style as a director of photography.
