I used to think bugs were very disgusting and hated how much they bothered me, but now I know the're useful to their environment and our diets.

Will I ever eat a bug? no. If I absolutely had to eat it to save my life... then sure.

1 question I have is, If we had learned that eating bugs were normalized back then, Would we currently be eating them? Honestly I'm not so sure because of people's perspectives on bugs but I wonder how our diets could've been different.

Termites have smart design that use natural airflow to stay cool. This is copied to build energy - efficient buildings that don't need that much air conditioning. In my own life, it shows me how we can learn from nature and take advice from it to help solve our own problems and that is me not trying to use air conditioning all the time even when it's too hot.

I used to think plants only produce food and oxygen through photosynthesis. as well as providing for animals and humans. now I know that plants could actually defend themselves using their thorns and chemicals. at first I just thought thorns were just meant to be there even if it hurt. I guess I know now how they put it to use.

I agree on how we get new things and then throw out the other stuff we don't need or use anymore. we shouldn't really always do that. We never know if we are ever gonna use them again. But we should start returning it.
