The turkeys were so funny. They wore hats and jewelry. The illustrations were very good and colorful. The pictures of the animals,barn and tractor reminded me of my backyard. I'm really glad all the turkeys lived.

thought that the race was a big thing of intelligence and perfection so they wanted to win. They did not know that they were being tricked and that the winner was going to be eaten for dinner until the end.
