  1. At this time, only merit employees can place holds on accounts. Please do NOT place any accounts on hold unless instructed by me, Gina, or Brandy;
  2. Do NOT release any holds;
  3. All notes must begin with "SMCC" to indicate to other centers the origin of the note. You must also include your initials and date;
  4. No one at the SMCC-Unity front desk is authorized to erase/delete notes; in fact, NEVER erase notes without my permission. It's not a matter of control or trust, it pertains to proper documentation and records.
  5. If you're not sure about something, I'm ALWAYS happy to answer questions. In the meantime, err on the side of caution and check with me before posting a note.
