Henry Morton Stanley was born Jan 28 1841. He was a British-American explorer who was known for helping King Leopold II in the establishment of the Congo Free State. But in reality he killed and Tortured many Congolese people. He later died on May 10, 1904.

Stanley wanted people to get sick. He would do things that made people get sick and die. Henry would chain people together which helped spread diseases. He would make people go out deep into the forest where they would catch sickness and then would do nothing about it.

Henry Morton Stanley is in charge of the death of 10,000,000 Congolese people. This is due to the fact that he order the shoulders to abuse and kill the Congolese people. Stanley forced them to build train tracks on nearly impossible land. If they did not finish they would be beaten or killed. Stanley would also pose by workers showing that he was doing good deeds and so people would honor him as a great person. In Henry's personal journals he would write about what he was doing and how he knew but only wanted to look good for the photos. He also made treaties in English but the Congolese did not speak English therefore they were tricked into signing these. This proves why Henry Morton Stanley is in charge for the death of 10 million Congolese people.
