They were also more keen on taking the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) to travel to Kampong Glam. Most of the tourists tend to gain knowledge of Kampong Glam through friends or family while others acknowledge the existence of Kampong Glam by travel books, the internet and advertisement. Some of the tourists' purposes of coming to Kampong Glam were mostly for sight-seeing while the others wanted to know more about the place by exploring the area, shopping, tasting of the local foods, taking pictures of the lovely artistic buildings and visiting the various different markets. Regarding the reliability of our collected datas, we feel that our survey questions were concise and sufficient to answer the geographical investigation question that was given as well as the other methods of data collection, which is pedestrian counting and the land use survey. in our survey questions, we do prompt the tourists to elaborate further on the open ended question and ask them to provide any specific examples related to the question. of course, we also used the random sampling method for all of our collected data to avoid biased results. However, it cannot be denied the fact that the number of interviews that we did, is not the representation of all the tourists visiting Kampong Glam. we only had 15 out of 24 surveys completed due to time constrain. but even if we completed all 24 surveys, it is still not the representation of all the tourists who goes to Kampong Glam because there are thousand others who would go there too.

Therefore, we acknowledge that our findings were sufficient but it is not the absolute truth because of the limitations that we faced. however, we had done our best and worked hard to complete our geographical investigations.
