         <description><![CDATA[<div>Effective Communication is to improve the two-way information sharing process where one sends a message that is easy for the receiver to understand.  In business, effective communication helps individuals work more productively and efficiently.<br><br>4 Elements:<br><br>1)  Concise and Clear -- Simplify the message and make it easy to understand.  Sender should not try to impress receiver.<br><br>2)  Practical -- Provide useful information in a simple and easy language.<br><br>3) Factual -- Contain specific details and information that are accurate and ethical.  Support with facts.<br><br>4) Persuasive -- Able to capture the receiver's attention and motivate one to a desired action.</div>]]></description>
