📌Introduction:

If you have experience in CPR or AED operation (including simulation drills and real scenarios), you can describe here the difficulties you encountered during the process, the measures you took to cope with them, and the insights you gained from them.

📌Example:

In a CPR simulation exercise organized by the school, the rhythm of my first compressions was particularly fast, and I was able to adjust it later by reciting the mnemonic, so you can also try this method.

📌Introduction:

You can share stories about CPR and AED that they have heard or experienced.

📌Example:

I heard that an old man in the next community suffered a cardiac arrest. Fortunately, someone next to him had learnt CPR and was able to save him in time, which made me realize the importance of having first aid skills.

Through study, I deeply realize the importance of mastering these skills. In an emergency, correct operation can not only save lives, but also reduce injuries. For example, the recommended chest compression frequency is 100-120 times per minute. During the CPR process, the interruption time should be as short as possible, and the maximum allowable time is 10 seconds. In the process, you should also avoid wrong AED operation: do not use AED directly underwater, because water may conduct electricity, increasing the danger. When analyzing the heart rhythm, the pressure should not be stopped unless the AED indicates to stop.

Ensure no one touches the patient during analysis or shock. Press the shock button if advised. Start CPR immediately after, and repeat until help arrives or signs of life appear.
