Most of all  that teens addicted to their phones had higher rates of anxiety, depression, impulse control problems, and sleep disorders than other teens in their age. Therefore when people are too attached to their phone, they are essentially destroying their ability to focus on their study`s, and for good things about phone is that in mental health, one of the most important protective factors is our social network. The more that we can talk to a friend and gain meaningful connection and support from them, the more likely we will be able to cope with the many life stressors that come our way. And my advise to you is  focus on your study to prove it to your parent`s that you can. I heard about the problem you're facing and i'm so sorry to hear that. I hope i'm able to help you by telling you some few advice.
Two years ago, I was desperately needed a mobile phone for me to easily surf the Internet for my studies and homework since i'm about to entering secondary school. After many times of convincing my parents to buy me one, they finally did. I was very grateful. So my advice here is to try convince them to buy one and tell them why you needed it and hopefully they'll understand. And finally, always keep your promises and don't use it for nothing good.

For example, I told my parents it's difficult to attend virtual classes and submit my school works without the use of phone.
