I think that the reason why he was arrested was not reasonable because he was arrested for Regressive tendencies and that just means he was doing something out of date and that the most ridiculous reason for being arrested

I thought that it was interesting that the author predicted that people will be addicted to television and not do anything else, because that's the direction that the world's currently going in, with more automation.

I think something wierd was the setting, I was really confused what was going on in the setting yet, I eventually did understand that it was just a setting with a bunch of lazy people

What I found interesting in "The Pedestrian" by Ray Bradbury is that everyone is at home, addicted to their TV's, and then their are probably no jobs, because there are robots to do them, even though no one really does anything, besides watching TV.

I found it really interesting how Ray Bradbury made the setting really eerie and so the rest of the story seemed left off a little. Also, the cliffhanger played into that feeling of the story feeling left off. The setting just seemed really plain and depressing.

One thing that I found intresting is that there is absolutly zero activity at night outside of the houses at all. Leaving the city empty, quiet, lonely, and lifeless.Another thing I found intresting is how this 1 police car randomly finds this guy in the huge city of people who do nothing but live like robots all about 1 block away from his house.

I thought that the adjectives describing the car talk were very necessary because if they weren´t included then we wouldn´t know who is speaking.

I think one that is interesting that since everyone was watching TV their brains were rotting. No one went outside since they were not allowed by law? Is that why Crime rates just is at a all time low?

The interesting part is that no one actually cares about the outside world. Their world is TV and a fact that only one person is actually present in the world.

I think the author might be telling us that some of the things we used to do in the past are somthings you should do now. Also that don't take advantige of the technology people make because that can start addiction. When I listening I heard they would only see people who where watching tv so that got me thinking that the government wants people to not be social and stay stuck infront of a screen.

I found it interesting how the author predicted there would be self driving cars. That is an invention right now and I think it was pretty accurate. The setting too was really scary at the start.

I found it interesting that it ended by mentioning how Leonard's house was the only bright house, while everything else was dark. I think this could be compared to how he was the only person that was actually functioning, whereas everybody else wasn't thinking. Rather, everybody else was 'dark'.

I think the fact that everyone is addicted to their tv is important, even the police officers were not present in the police cars. I think this because present day humanity is creating the technology to keep us hooked onto our devices.

I found it really interesting that crime rates went down instead of up because with technology being so advanced and expensive and jobs getting harder and harder to get, people might resort to stealing/theft as a way to help deal with their financial problems. Additionally, the police seem very bored and arrest/question every little thing about someone who seems out of place. The police don’t follow the bill of rights or the constitution.
