When I was two months old, my body was small, fragile and required of help of my parents to survive: 

·         I kept my legs bent and my little hands making fists.

·         I kept my neck upright and turned my head from side to side.

Cognitive and Emotional Changes:

·         I cried for milk or when I got wet or dirty the diapers. I used and wanted the closeness of my mom or dad.

·         I felt protected, loved, and calm in my parent's arms.

·         I could recognize my mom.

When I was 11 months old, my motor skills were in development even coordination between my eyes and hands, therefore:

·         I could sit by myself and crawl.

·         Also, I could stand up with help and take my first steps.

·         I already had my first teeth and I ate small foods with my own hands, such as cookies.

·         I could hold little objects with my fingers.

·         Still did not have sphincter control.

Cognitive and Emotional Changes:

·         I pointed with my finger something of my interest.

·         I was a happy baby, all the time I was smiling.

·         I could babble mama or dada and recognize my name when my parents called me.

·         Also, I could recognize when my parents said NO.

·         I was very curious and I wanted to catch everything.

When I was 3 years old:

·         I already had better body balance when I went up the stairs without using the handrails and stood on one foot for a short time. I'm not a baby anymore.

·         I was improving my fine motor skills and coordination of my hands and feet making cube towers or kicking balls.

·         My growing was normal as a toddler, and I already had sphincter control.

Cognitive and Emotional Changes:

·         I was always asking questions about everything.

·         I enjoyed singing and started to learn to play the piano because I had more skills to use my fingers.

·         I drove my tricycle and scooter.

·         To communicate I used short sentences.

·         Also, I started to go to school and I was very reflective and quiet there.

When I was 4 years old:

·         I improved better body coordination and even fine motor skills.

·         I improved the skills of my hands by playing the piano.

·         I could have better control of my body in many physical activities, such as swinging, running, jumping, and more.

Cognitive and Emotional Changes:

·         I learned to read and developed a passion for drawing and painting.

·         I had more interaction with my classmates.

·         I wanted to be more independent and when I could not be, sometimes I would throw tantrums.

When I was 7 years old:

·         I was a kid and started to lose some teeth.

·         I had better body control  and I started to learn to swim-

·         In addition to the skill of playing the piano; I liked to sing although my voice was changing.

·         I started to play a ukulele.

Cognitive and Emotional Changes:

·         I stayed at home because of the pandemic and I did not have physical interactions with other kids.

·         Improved my mental skills with the help of scholarly activities.

·         I could describe feelings, and experiences, express ideas and I was confident in myself.

·         I was more independent, for example, I chose what to wear all by myself.

·         Better technological skills such as laptop, tablet, etc.

Physical Changes:

At 10 years old, currently:

·         I noticed some important changes in my body as face, height, weight, odors, and changes according to the puberty stage. Also, my voice was changing meaning because of my puberty stage since I was growing.

Cognitive and Emotional Changes:

·         I have more complex interactions with my parents and classmates as part of my search for my identity.

·         I act seeking approval.

·         Understanding of the point of view of others.

·         Require more privacy at home and respect for my personal decisions without interference.

·         I faced more academic challenges and more interest in specific activities.
