He did mention that being an apprentice is his 'Dream Job' so he will work very hard to keep his promise and prove he can do it!
A few of us think that Jax cannot be trusted because he has shown that he is not always really responsible. He is also very young so he makes mistakes.
We are not sure what kind of dinosaur it is, but we think it could possibly be a parasaurolophus - but it doesn't have a lot of teeth like Ma described. I think the dragon will get lost..(Kinley)
I think that the dragon will get too big and burn Kavita's house down with its fire. (Avah)

We think Kavita's stolen dragon is going to grow to full size in her house and since it is bonded to Kavita it will follow her and think she's its mom. Since it can breathe fire it will burn things down. It might also fly away. It might also not learn how to fly since Kavita (its "mom") can't teach it to fly.
