These concepts are interrelated and crucial for creating a just and inclusive society. Welfare policies aim to ensure the basic needs of citizens are met, while social inclusion focuses on breaking down barriers and providing equal opportunities. Civic solidarity reinforces the idea that individuals are part of a larger community and share a responsibility for the well-being of all its members. Together, these principles form the foundation for a healthy, vibrant, and equitable society.

Neo liberalism as social project.

Neoliberalism is a political and economic philosophy that emphasizes individual responsibility, deregulation, minimal government involvement in the economy, and free-market capitalism. It advocates for the privatization of public services, the expansion of free trade, and the scaling down of social assistance programs. Neoliberal policies often promote efficiency, competitiveness, and the notion that market forces should influence different elements of society.

The ideology of neoliberalism, which prioritizes less government involvement, may conflict with the need for significant military expenditures and engagement. The military's responsibility to uphold order and safeguard economic interests may coincide with neoliberal objectives. However, conflicts arise when military operations contradict the principles of unrestricted market competition or incite social turmoil, thereby exposing the inherent tensions between neoliberalism and the tactical requirements of national defense.
