This is appealing and attract a of attention. This is the main point, as along the shelves of candy. Bright packaging are the ones that will always stand out. When the packaging attracts the person's attention, they would then view it closer to find out more about it. This is why colour is important in attracting your targeted audience.
2.Next thing is the colour of the candy. It will always correspond to the flavour of the candy. As you can see in the picture grape and strawberry flavour their candy will be purple and pink respectively. For flavour as you can see even the background behind the candy has the respective fruits and colour. This allow the viewer to have an easier time finding their favourite flavour.
3.The neat packaging also make the candy pleasant to look at. Unlike most candy, that are just pack together in a bunch. The Coris Whistle Candy are packed neatly 4 rows and 2 column which display all 8 candy clearly. Below the 8 candy, there is a box which is a toy box.
4.The toy box is another appealing thing. Candy usual target audience will always be children. What do children like beside candy, that will be toys. Furthermore, the toy box does not state what kind of toys inside. It just a red opaque box with toys design on it. This make the toy box give off a mysterious vibe. It will pique the children's curiosity in wanting to find out more about what is inside the box.
5.Lastly, it says "Coris WHISTLE Candy", obviously people want to know how can a candy produce whistling sound and they will want to try it.Furthermore, children or consumer can eat it like a candy after playing and getting bored with the "whistling" part of the product.

Here is my thought on some ways to improve.
1. The toy as you can see from the picture the toy is just a plastic cat thing that is probably use as a paper clip or bookmark. This kind of toy is not appealing to the children. Because firstly and most importantly, it is not fun. Toys are meant to be fun and children love to play with it. This kind of toy however will have the opposite effect and the children will not enough take notice of it and dispose it sooner without even playing with it.
2. Next is the shape of the candy. Yes it is just circular, but the circle is not required to produce the whistling sound. Therefore, why not try to make the candy have different shape. It can be stars or even heart. This will increase and wider the targeted audience instead of the candy being always circular.
