(this was pre pandemic).

However, the pandemic solution that MMDA did was to give them a dedicated lane adjacent to MRT which reduced the lanes for private cars and made commuters climb the high MRT station stairs up and down.

The problem lies also on the fact that management appointees in mmda are former military and people not expert on traffic management.

This problem must be managed by Industrial Engineers with knowledge on "Time and Motion Studies" and Simulations.

Another frustration is that there are thousands of traffic enforcers out there being paid by taxpayers only to make kaway-kaway and catch confused drivers for Kotong Kotong.
