- Where does your mushroom grow naturally? In the wild they grow on hardwood logs. Commercially, they grow on a medium of chopped wheat straw or wood sawdust that has been formed into large blocks wrapped in a thin plastic.

- What are the health or nutrition benefits of eating your mushroom?

Immune System Support.

Lowering High Blood Pressure.

Regulating Cholesterol Levels.

Building Strong Bones.

Anti-Inflammatory Properties.

Anti-Cancer Properties.

Protecting the Heart Against Cardiovascular Disease.

Defend Against Neurodegenerative Diseases.

- What are 3 fun facts about your mushroom? you can eat them
you can coke them and you can groe them
- What is a recipe that people use to cook and eat your mushroom? Cut off the lower part of the stems of all oyster varieties, especially when using cultivated caps, to remove any shreds of straw or wood. The stems are tough, so discard them. Be certain to rapidly flush out the gill spaces of wild mushrooms. Insects enjoy this sanctuary. Oyster mushrooms are the easiest to clean. They are all bundled into on to one stem, so all you need to do is use the tip of a knife to cut around the firm central stem and you will see the individual mushrooms fall away. Discard the stem as it isn't used in cooking.
