         <description><![CDATA[<p><b>About Saturday Kids</b></p><p>Saturday Kids is a technology school for children. Since we founded in 2012, we have taught Scratch programming, 3D printing and electronics to more than 1,500 students. Saturday Kids takes a design-based approach that emphasises digital creation. By making it fun and engaging, kids receive a well-rounded education in computational thinking that is more meaningful than simply playing with gadgets.</p><p><b>About The Role</b></p><p>Saturday Kids is looking for a CTO / Head of Curriculum to maintain the business's technical infrastructure and develop new technology courses that will help increase digital literacy. </p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Build and maintain the business's technical infrastructure</span><br></li><li>Recruit and train freelance and full-time instructors</li><li>Deliver courses from time to time to understand students' learning styles and grasp of the material</li><li>Develop new courses and enhance existing courses</li><li>Understand student needs and gather product requirements.</li><li>Ensure timely execution of product development.</li><li>Track and analyse key performance indicators.</li></ul><div><b>Requirements</b></div><div><ul><li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Computer Science or related Bachelor's degree</span><br></li><li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Interest in building things and exploring new ideas</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Interest in technology education for children</span><br></li><li><span style="font-size: 13px;">Entrepreneurial and self-starter type</span></li><li>Ideally a parent, but not necessary</li></ul></div>]]></description>
