-connect two users to a server

-to make sure one player moves at a time

Name the boxes like a1 b1 c1 and then a2 b2 c2 and so on, so that players can choose based on the coordinates

Threading will be used to ensure one player moves at a time.

If,then, else statements will be used to verify whether a line has been made/ a winner has been drawn from the game

If else statements to make sure the box cannot be marked again

If, then statements are used in deciding if a player would like to quit the game
