         <description><![CDATA[<div>E.g. I think that the CRL should not cut through the CCNR because it could cause irreparable damage to the flora and fauna in CCNR. Singapore has already lost considerable amount of natural habitat to development. It is not worthwhile to build the CRL underground directly across the CCNR because the damage to biodiversity is permanent. </div>]]></description>
