It can help students to know the issues around the world and share their opinions to the class. With the help of Facebook, they can share their knowledge and skills that may also help other people. It can contribute to students' improvement but it can also distract them when this is used in a negative way. Many students nowadays are being dependent on gadgets. Sometimes, Facebook is becoming a hindrance to students' improvement especially when they can't control themselves in using it. They can't focus on their studies and fail to do a time management because of this. Facebook is the most popular social networking site in this world. It is founded by Mark Zuckerberg. Its' madely aim is to connect to other people, socialize, and make advertising. The users needs to create their own account which bears their personal information. Most of the student doesn't realize the negative effects of facebook on their life and the main reason is because they are already addicted to it . And this addiction can lead to several negative developments Academic performance describes how well you performed in school. Especially on different subjects. Academics are courses that are graded and retained for school records while performance is how an individual performed, if they performed well or not. According to Michael Morral, student’s academic performance is the gradual, measurable grading of achievement as evident in grades earned, GPA, High school diploma, Bachelors Degree and further. Students don’t often publish but they must continuously keep pace with the instruction and be able to convey an acceptable standards of literacy, knowledge and facility through graded test scores and completion of educational benchmarks. That will enable them to move up the ladder of academic achievement/­performance. It has lot of good benefits but we will focus on its bad effects. Many people spends too much time on Facebook and it can be quite dangerous, it can cause negative psychological effects. It can give a health harming depression and stress and can also make us more emotional like being disgusted, guilty and nervous. It can also cause a low academic performance because it has also a tendency that the lessons that we learned at school can be forgotten. Some people are getting addicted to this kind of social media which wasted our time and becoming source of distraction but they're still using it. As time goes by, Facebook becomes more toxic. It has bad influence and effects especially on youth. We've seen things even those things that we must not see yet. So some people become horny and it may lead to subliminal effect. Youth want to try different things because of what they have seen. And because of their wants to follow the trends, they're already doing the things they must not doing yet.</div>]]></description>

Majority of them are male with a frequency of 22 while 9 of them are female making a total population of 31. Students Respondents on our research are students with age ranging from 15 years old to 18 years old.Research Instrument    The study was successfully conducted with the help of survey questionnaire adapted from the paper of Aminetal, (2016) entitled, “impact of social media on students Academic Performances”. The type of questionnaire that was disseminated to STEM 11-A, students of Richwell Colleges, Inc., was Data Gathering    In order to collect data for the paper, the researchers directly conducted a survey in Richwell Colleges Inc. with the involvement of students from STEM 11-A, the research study was successful accomplished. Students don’t often publish but they must continuously keep pace with the instruction and be able to convey an acceptable standards of literacy, knowledge and facility through graded test scores and completion of educational benchmarks. That will enable them to move up the ladder of academic achievement/performance. </div><div><br></div><div>It has lot of good benefits but we will focus on its bad effects. Many people spends too much time on Facebook and it can be quite dangerous, it can cause negative psychological effects. It can give a health harming depression and stress and can also make us more emotional like being disgusted, guilty and nervous. It can also cause a low academic performance because it has also a tendency that the lessons that we learned at school can be forgotten. It has bad influence and effects especially on youth. We've seen things even those things that we must not see yet. So some people become horny and it may lead to subliminal effect. The type of questionnaire that was disseminated to STEM 11-A, students of Richwell Colleges, Inc., was </div><div><br></div><div>Data Gathering</div><div>    In order to collect data for the paper, the researchers directly conducted a survey in Richwell Colleges Inc. with the involvement of students from STEM 11-A, the research study was successful accomplished.
