         <description><![CDATA[<div>The reason that Piggy needs a seatbelt is because of INERTIA. If Piggy had a seatbelt the seatbelt would stop piggy and Piggy wouldn't smack his face into the mean weight. Also, the force is applied to the skate and not Piggy so Piggy goes flying but not the skate. :(</div>]]></description>
