For an elementary school class (4th or 5th grade) I would do an activity that promotes creativity and learning. To do this I would make students create their own gameboards for whatever topic we are learning (history especially). This way students are using their creativity and they get to play eachothers gameboards in the end

For example, in my class my teacher was instructing them different aspects that make a book non-fiction through little slips of paper that they had to match. It was fun for them to move around the room and match the slips of paper as something different than just discussions. It also promoted group work and interactions between students.

If I teach FACS in Middle school I would implement Game-Based learning by using some games like a cooking simulator game or possibly something like "Cooking Mama" in my class. This could allow students to learn new recipes on their own and learn some skills in the kitchen without any of the physical danger. Or I could use Gamification in the class by giving stars or badges based on how clean their kitchens are so that promotes them to work together to make sure the kitchen is as clean as before.

I will use Blooket/games similar to blooket with my middle schoolers when I teach math. Personally when I have done blookets in my classes I feel that I am actually learning but also having fun at the same time. It can be hard to include games in math sometimes because games like kahoot are very focused on getting the question done in a short amount of time. For some units of math every problem takes a while, so kahoot wouldn't be the best option. That's why blooket, which focuses more on getting the question right vs time, would be perfect and very engaging for my students.
